Do you photograph only Quinceañera portraits, or the celebration too?
Both options are available. You can book a dedicated portrait experience, event coverage, or combine both as a complete visual story.
Can we book a portrait session without event coverage?
Yes. A dedicated portrait experience can be booked separately and is ideal for creating more intentional images without the time pressure of the celebration day.
Can the portrait session take place before the Quinceañera?
Yes, and in many cases we recommend it. A separate portrait session gives us more time for wardrobe, posing, locations, lighting, and creative direction without competing with the schedule of the event.
Do you photograph the ceremony and reception?
Yes. Event coverage can include the ceremony, reception, family moments, traditions, details, and candid photographs according to the experience selected.
Do you photograph traditional Quinceañera moments?
Yes. We can photograph traditions such as the entrance, family portraits, changing of the shoes, crown, last doll, father-daughter dance, court, toast, cake, and other meaningful moments. Every family celebrates differently, so we confirm the moments that matter to you before the event.
Will you photograph the dress, shoes, cake, decorations, and other details?

Can family members be included in the portraits?

Do you help with posing?
Yes. You do not need modeling experience. We provide direction for posture, expression, hands, movement, and group arrangements throughout the portrait portion of the experience.

What should she wear for the portrait session?
The Quinceañera dress is usually the centerpiece, but additional looks may be possible depending on the experience. We can help coordinate outfits and styling during the planning process.
How many outfits can she bring?
The number of looks depends on the experience selected and the amount of time available. We recommend choosing a few intentional options rather than trying to fit too many changes into one session.
Where can the portrait session take place?
Sessions are available in Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding areas. Depending on the concept, we can photograph in studio, gardens, historic areas, urban locations, beaches, or another carefully selected setting.
Can we use more than one location?
Yes, depending on the experience and travel time involved. Multiple locations may require additional session time or travel fees.

How long does the coverage last?
Coverage time depends on the experience you select. Portrait-only sessions and event coverage are structured differently, and the exact duration is confirmed before booking.
How many final photographs will we receive?
The number of final photographs depends on the experience and type of coverage selected. Your collection and expected delivery will be clearly defined before booking.
Do we receive every photograph taken?
No. We carefully review the photographs from your session or celebration and deliver a curated final collection that represents the strongest moments and images. Test shots, duplicates, missed expressions, and technically unsuitable files are not part of the final gallery.
How are the photographs selected?
For portrait experiences, you may be invited to select favorites from a curated gallery depending on the collection. Event coverage is generally edited and curated by Ingravity Art to create a complete visual record of the celebration.
Are the photographs professionally edited?
Yes. Final photographs receive professional color, exposure, tonal, crop, and finishing adjustments. Portrait images may receive additional detailed retouching where appropriate.
Will you heavily retouch the Quinceañera?
Our goal is to create polished photographs while keeping her recognizable and natural. Temporary distractions may be softened, but we do not automatically alter body shape, facial features, or personal characteristics.
When will we see the photographs?
Your expected preview, gallery, and final delivery timeline will be confirmed before booking. Event collections require careful review because of the number of photographs involved.
How are the final photographs delivered?
Final digital photographs are delivered through a private online gallery where the family can view and download the completed collection.
Can the gallery be shared with family?

Will our photographs remain private?
Your gallery is delivered privately. Images are not used publicly for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes without the permissions agreed for your celebration.
Are albums available?
Yes. Professional albums can be added to your experience and are particularly well suited to Quinceañeras because they preserve the portraits, family, traditions, and celebration in one finished piece.
Are prints and wall art available?
Yes. Professional prints, framed photographs, and wall art may be ordered in addition to your digital collection.
Can we order an album after the celebration?
Yes. Albums and other physical products may be ordered after the final gallery is delivered, although planning them earlier can help simplify the process.
Can we print the photographs ourselves?
Delivered digital photographs include personal-use rights for personal printing and sharing. Professional printing is recommended when color, longevity, and presentation are important.
Who owns the copyright?
Ingravity Art retains copyright to the photographs while the client receives personal-use rights to the delivered images. Public use by Ingravity Art remains subject to the permissions agreed for your session or event.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for weekends and popular dates. Quinceañera celebrations often involve several vendors and fixed schedules, so early booking gives us more time to plan portraits, locations, timelines, and any printed products.
Is a retainer required to reserve the date?
Yes. A retainer is required to reserve your session or event date and is applied toward the total cost of your experience. The amount and payment schedule are confirmed before booking.
What happens if we need to change the date?
Contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and the terms of your booking agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes whenever possible.
What happens if the event runs late?
We photograph according to the coverage time reserved. If additional coverage is needed and we are available to remain, additional time may be added according to the terms agreed for the event.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment arrangements may be available when established in advance. Any payment schedule and final balance date are confirmed before booking.
